1. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your premium purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

We do not require you to explain your reason for requesting a refund. No forms, no conditions, no questions asked.

2. Eligible Purchases

The following one-time premium purchases are covered by this policy:

  • Canada Resume Builder Premium — CAD $37
  • US Resume Builder Premium — USD $49
  • UK CV Builder Premium — GBP £39
  • Australian Resume Builder Premium — AUD $57
  • Europass CV Builder Premium — EUR €39

Each purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to premium features within the specific country tool purchased. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@adaptit.pro with the following information:

  • The email address used at the time of purchase
  • The country tool purchased (e.g. "Canada Resume Builder")
  • The approximate date of purchase

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase via Stripe.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we process the refund.

4. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original charge:

  • Canadian purchases are refunded in CAD
  • US purchases are refunded in USD
  • UK purchases are refunded in GBP
  • Australian purchases are refunded in AUD
  • EU purchases are refunded in EUR

AdaptiT Pro is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or bank charges that may be applied by your financial institution when processing the refund.

5. After the 14-Day Window

Requests received after 14 calendar days from the original purchase date are generally not eligible for a refund. However, we review all requests individually. If you have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the premium features you purchased, please contact us at support@adaptit.pro and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly.

6. Free Tier

The free tier of AdaptiT Pro — including the resume builder and PDF download — is provided at no cost. No payment is required to access free features and therefore no refund is applicable.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right applies independently of and in addition to our own 14-day money-back guarantee described in this policy.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@adaptit.pro before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You do not need to provide a reason.

8. Australian Consumer Law

If you are a consumer located in Australia, nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our 14-day money-back guarantee operates in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
